Project description

This project was done for a client who wanted to increase the rental profitability of their apartment. After an appraisal and a detailed survey, we found that it had usable space that could be recovered following the renovation. It was a property situated on the second floor of a shared building.

Thanks to the earlier profitability study, Archirent transformed this old eight-room flat into a modern 16 room rental apartment. Perfect for students and young professionals.

The flat had a constructed area of 346m² but only 297m² was being used. After the renovation, we managed to get 310.55m² of useful space, gaining more living space.

In terms of décor, Archirent’s team of interior designers and home stagers redecorated the property, making it more youthful and suitable to rent out the rooms. Each bedroom features a bed, a wardrobe and a study area, taking the backgrounds of the prospective future tenants into account.
