This project was done for a client who wanted to increase the rental profitability of their apartment. After an appraisal and a detailed survey, we found that it had usable space that could be recovered following the renovation. It was a property situated on the second floor of a shared building.
Thanks to the earlier profitability study, Archirent transformed this old eight-room flat into a modern 16 room rental apartment. Perfect for students and young professionals.
The flat had a constructed area of 346m² but only 297m² was being used. After the renovation, we managed to get 310.55m² of useful space, gaining more living space.
